the goal
Create and provide brand guidelines, inspiration and artwork for salons and stores featuring the Redken and Pureology brands. Increase the brand presence and provide product education.
the STRATEGY
Global Launches: For each product launch, merchandising artwork, guidelines, and inspiration is created and sent out to all global vendors.
U.S. Stores: Custom in-store experiences are created for Ulta and SalonCentric stores, including in-line, endcaps, stand-alone displays, and product glorifiers.
the results
A solid, unified brand message across independent retailers and salons, resulting in increased sales.
Due to increased sales, I expanded the team from alone (myself), to a total of five people.
PROJECT highlight
Implemented a complete overhaul of Redken color merchandising at SalonCentric stores, resulting in an additional $2.1m profit and an ROI of 68% in the first year.
